Pabst has been on the market for a few months but two advertising agencies have come together to try and purchase Pabst Brewing Company. Based on the principle of crowdsourcing, Buy A Beer Company was born - taking tasks traditionally performed by an employee and out sourcing it to a community in the form of an open call. Pledges start as low as $5 and range up to $250,000. Once the goal of $300 million has been reached, you will be sent your very own certificate of ownership suitable for framing as well as enough beer to match your pledge.
